Live Streaming –

Due to Covid 19 we have made many adjustments to try and give you the best training possible through Zoom! If you are new to us, new to martial arts, or been around a while and looking for an energy outlet for yourself or a family member, our live classes may just be what you are looking for!!

Mondays + Wednesday’s: 

9am Kids (4-8 years old) – ZOOM only

9:45 pre-teen/teen (9- 13 year old’s) – ZOOM only

Kids (4-8 years old): 4-4:45 pm, pre-teen/teen (9- 13 year old’s): 5-5:45 pm, teen/adult (12+): 6-6:45 pm — In person AND Zoom

Thursdays:

JUDAN SHOVER Blue to black belts 14+ 5:30-6:30 PM – open for in person AND Zoom

Saturdays:

Kids (4-8 years old): 9-9:45 AM, Pre-teens/teens (9-12 or 13 years old): 10-11:45 AM, Adults (12+) 11-11:45 AM — In person AND Zoom

Sundays: Chi Kung teens/adults 10:00-11:15.

Master Shover’s special Chi Kung classes. These classes are a great way to re-invigorate yourself after a long week.
