Little dragons - 4-6 yrs

We offer a specialized class tailored to engage the younger minds of pre-k and kindergarteners. Our primary aim is to work on focus and respect while making learning enjoyable for our little ones. We understand the importance of active participation at this young age, which is why our program includes a variety of hands-on activities and games. By combining traditional martial arts with engaging activities, we work to inspire this young age group to learn and grow in a positive setting.

Teen Warriors - 10-15 yrs

Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm

Saturdays 10:30am-11:15am

Our teen classes are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of adolescents as they navigate the challenges of growing up. Within a structured and disciplined environment, teens have the opportunity to develop essential life skills that are crucial for their personal growth. Young warriors - 7-9 yrs

Our Young Warriors class emphasizes the foundational elements of our system, including kicks, punches, and blocks, all taught in an engaging and supportive atmosphere for this older age group.

Through a blend of dynamic activities and focused training, children not only develop physical strength and coordination but also cultivate essential life skills such as discipline, confidence, and teamwork.

teen/adult Class - 12+

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm

We offer a mixed teen/adult class for ages 12+ to not only give an opportunity for families to train together, but can also serve as a convenient means of transportation. Teens working alongside adults can contribute positively to various environments by offering fresh perspectives, energy, and a willingness to learn.

This class is great for both teenagers and adults of any skill level looking to enhance their physical fitness, self-defense skills, and overall well-being.

Adult Class - 15+

Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm

Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm

Our adult class is designed to cater to individuals of all ranks and experience levels. Whether you are a black belt or a beginner taking your first steps into the dojo, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment for all. Our teen and adult classes engage in a variety of drills and self-defense techniques to develop skills and confidence. From practicing various scenarios to enhance preparedness and reflexes, to exercises that help build muscle memory and mental acuity to react effectively in real-life situations. Our classes provide a dedicated space for adults to challenge themselves both physically and mentally.

Our self-defense courses cater to individuals seeking either individual or group sessions, providing a tailored approach to learning essential skills.

We offer specialized programs such as women's self-defense, designed to empower women with practical techniques and strategies.

For office workers, our courses focus on practical self-defense skills relevant to their daily environments, including techniques for dealing with confrontations, managing personal space, and staying safe during commutes.

Training sessions for teachers and faculty are designed to empower them with practical self-defense techniques, enhancing their confidence and security in any situation. These sessions are crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of educators dedicated to shaping young minds.

Additionally, we provide college self-defense classes aimed at equipping students with the tools to stay safe on campus, emphasizing awareness in social settings and physical techniques for defense when needed.
